Spirulina is extremely rich in many nutrients. It contains protein, vitamin B1, B2, and B3, minerals like copper, iron, and magnesium. It helps in improving immune functions. Phycocyanin is the main active compound in spirulina. It has powerful antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
